Returns and Exchanges

At SmartMetalArt.Com our mission is your complete satisfaction with our product. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your cradle, please return it to us within 30 days to exchange it or to request a refund less any shipping charges. We cannot process refunds for cradles that have been damaged or are lost in transit. Please insure your return shipment and provide tracking information to us.

Damaged Items

If your cradle is damaged during shipment, please notify us immediately. We will arrange to have the damaged shipment returned to us and provide a replacement for you.


Our cradle is popular. If by chance, your purchase is on backorder, we will notify you when you will receive your order. In the unlikely event the cradle is on backorder longer than 30 days, we will promptly provide a full refund to you if you wish.
